About

I hold a master's degree in forensic psychology and have maintained a career within the criminal justice system for over two decades. Furthermore, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and a  Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri and South Carolina.  Some of my areas of interest include anxiety, depression, mood management, stress-management, burnout, self-empowerment, anger management, impulsivity, behavioral issues, relationship issues, and trauma.

My life's purpose is to inspire, empower, and support others so they can develop into, and function from, the best version of themselves.  

My passion to assist others along their self-improvement and wellness journey fueled my desire to develop Stronger Than Fear, LLC, and to publish the Stronger Than Fear Empowerment Journal. 

I utilize my ongoing education, professional experiences, and the difficulties I personally have endured throughout my life to harness my ability to connect and convey information in a relatable and motivating manner.  I am dedicated to providing a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop new strategies to move forward.
